A permanent address for the project.

Prepared the website for whatsthehazard.org. Updated page-sharing links, MP email templates, canonical page addresses and GitHub Pages domain configuration. DNS and HTTPS activation are handled separately through VentraIP and GitHub. The evidence report is unchanged.

A clearer request and ways to act.

Added the request banner, full seven-point request, official MP resources, editable email draft, sharing controls and this update history. Removed the working-version label from website copy and renamed the report file to hazard-reduction-burning.pdf. The report’s findings, 16 pages and 27 source links are unchanged.
